Palette will communicate privately with the contestant to clarify the judging decisions and reason for disqualification from the competition.\nFee: Palette contest submission fees collected are non- refundable.\nIt is the contestant\u2019s duty to submit all entries on submission closing dates. \nArtist are encouraged to submit as many works as possible for each contest.\nArtist must adhere to the rules and regulations of each category.\nArtist short Bio and Statement: The Winners of each category will be asked to submit a short bio and statement that will form part of our winner publications on all media.
